Missing ISF folder

Hey everyone. Just installed 2.1. When trying to use Ebosuite, I get the error “Cannot find ISF folder”. Thoughts?

Hi Infradiggy, the latest version of EboSuite is 2.2, is there a particular reason you’re working with EboSuite 2.1? You’ll find the latest installer here:

Hi Richard, maybe downloading the installer failed? Could you download it again and make sure you don’t move files from the installer folder? This error can also appear in some cases due to permission errors, to avoid this, keep the installer folder in the Downloads folder and don’t move it. You can always use the manual installation. let me know if you need help with that. You’ll find the manual installation files here: https://www.ebosuite.com/install/EboSuite_manual_install.zip

The installer will create an ISF folder inside a folder called EboSuite in one of the following locations (depending on your configuration):

It can be at (in most cases): Users/Shared

Or it can be at: Users/[your name]/Documents

Is there no ISF folder in one of these locations after installation?
