Video in e-clips not starting at correct time

I have made some lyric videos mp4 and they are not starting at 0.00 but about 20 seconds in? Any ideas as to why? There is no audio on these videos.

Hi epiego, this shouldn’t happen. Let’s figure out what is going on. What version of Live and EboSuite are you using? Can you send me a lyric video (to contact@ebosuite.com), so I can have a look? Cheers, Jeroen
