Hello all, I would like to reach out to tech support to understand what is happening here.
I updated to the most recent version to Ableton 12 Suite the other day and now when i launch the demo song as it indicates, the Key prompt pops up. There is no other way to enter anything in after you click cancel.
Hi Steve, are you using a 2.x license key or a 1.x license key? EboSuite 2.x uses a new license key system, so you’ll need a new license key. The new license key consists of 16 characters, the 1.x key is much longer. When you copy the key from the email, make sure there are no empty spaces at the beginning or end.
