any remedy to syphon dropping frames
i have it set to 30 fps and 1280x720 p
still dropping frames

Hi Tunnelsurf, do you mean Syphon Recorder is dropping frames? You can set the frame rate to As Fast As Possible (see my settings below). That might make a difference. Also the Compressor settings will affect the recording quality, I have had good results with Hap and Apple ProRes 422 LT. I advice you to record on an SSD drive (as opposed to HDD), that will have a big impact on the recording quality as well. We made a tutorial about Syphon Recorder, did you notice that?
