Sensei crashing freezing on authorization on ableton 12.3

I am an experienced Ebosuite user, the Sensei installer is freezing every time I try to launching. It is seeing the pasted serial from clipboard “license code found in clipboard” and then freezing

I’ve tried waiting for 10 minutes in case there were background installations. I’m on M3 macbook pro, ableton 12.3 os 15.6.1.

I tried reinstalling both Sensei and Ableton. The plugin loads and the freezes with the camera in window and preview window lit up.

Same exact issue. M4 Macbook Pro. Same OS and Ableton 12.3b17

Attempting to run the trial.
The license code it shows on the frozen window is my Ebosuite license - not the one I copy-pasted from the email.
Maybe that is a problem?

An update. After restarting the computer it worked using the Ebosuite license.

Hi, we’ve received multiple reports from users that the registration process can freeze the app. We investigated the issue and have fixed it, so we’ll be releasing an update soon. If you try registering a few times it will eventually work, but we understand this is not ideal. If you start the SenSei app from the EboStudio folder in the Applications folder, it seems to register better. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I’ve been using EboSuite for some years abd purchesed SenSei yesterday.

Seemed to install fine, but the viewing window just crashes.

I tried opening it seperately, where it fills the whole screen and crashes again.

I’m running ableton 12.3.5 and Ventura 13.7.8 - updated both last night specifically to use SenSei.

I have re-installed multiple times and opened SenSei from the Apps folder as suggested but to no avail.

Any help greatly apreciated!
