So here ya go! I used ebosuite and some stock footage along with my own track. I wish I could remember where I found the stock footage. but the guy that does it is super talented and is kind enough to share his work.
used loopback audio from rogue amoeba and QuickTime screen recorder to record the video and audio from ableton.

Right now I have a 16 inch M1 MAX MacBook Pro. 64GB Memory with Sequoia 15.5.
I was using a 13inch MacBook Pro with intel chip (2.3 Ghz dual core i5), 8GB memory, and iris 640 1536MB integrated graphics. This one worked ok, but I could tell even a small set with ebosuite was pushing the hardware a bit.
The upgrade to the M1 MAX is insane. Almost no issues with it.
