Hello, today i wanna tryout the demo and install it or better to say. Try to install it on my Macbook Pro 2014 with OS Big Sur but after double clicking nothing happend and no folder in the ableton user libary. That same happend on my Mac Mini M1. What did i wrong?

Hi Manfred, I am sorry that you’re having trouble installing EboSuite. The installer should work fine with Big Sur. To understand what is happening I need a bit more information. Could you mail us (at contact@ebosuite.com) the file path of Ableton’s User Library (for example “MacIntosh HD/Users/Jeroen/Music/Ableton/User Library” ?
In the meantime your could do a manual installation. You’ll find the manual installation files here: https://www.ebosuite.com/install/EboSuite_manual_install.zip
To install EboSuite manually do the following:
- Put the EboSuite folder with the eLiveSetTool in your Applications folder.
- Put the EboSuite folder with the plug-ins in Ableton’s User Library.
- Put the EboSuite folder with the ISF shaders in the Users/Shared folder.
- Install the fonts.
How did you try to install EboSuite? The idea is that you start an Ableton Project which will start the installer (see also the readme pdf that comes with the installation files).
