Nothing Works (I'm sure it's me)

I finally upgraded to Live 11 and Ebo 2.0, and I can’t get anything to work.

eConvert doesn’t work. I can drop a .mov movie from Finder, Ableton’s browser, or a clip slot and receive an immediate “Conversion finished unsuccessfully”. When I try to drop a .mov movie on a clip slot with eSession, red message reads “Current clip is not playable. Please convert to supported codec”. These are h264 quicktime movies exported from FCPX, nothing exotic. I don’t get it.

Thanks for your message and sorry to hear that you have these conversion related troubles.
Could you send an example source and converted file to timo@ebosuite.com? (perhaps via wetransfer if it is big).Then I can have a look what is going on.
