Hi Joshua, which version of EboSuite did you install? The latest version of EboSuite (2.1) works with a different license system. You’ll need a new license key to make that work. EboSuite 2.x is a paid upgrade that you can buy in our store.
You can still use your 2019 license key with the last EboSuite 1.x version (version 1.9). You can download that installer here:
I just forwarded the email we sent you in 2019 with the 1.x license key in case you didn’t have that anymore.
