Fix for ISF plugins on M1

apparently there was something wrong with a max external inside the ISF devices. Simply rebuilding it fixed it. This is included in a new installer, see below.

This is only relevant for users with M1 chips running Live 11.1 in native mode (not rosetta)

We just released a new installer for EboSuite 2.0 that includes this fix and a fix for the eLiveSetTool (the Upgrade/Decollect modes were flipped). Download the new (2.001) installer here.
