im looking at using ebosuite to make some vertical videos for instagram and tiktok.
im using a sony zv1 for camera input. it can do vertical video. the Videoin device doesnt seem to recognise the vertical resolution. i can use track tranform after the videoin device to rotate the feed and then the output shows as 9:16 vertical.
is there a way to also show the video in feed as 9:16?
Hi Clay, this depends on how the camera communicates with your computer. We use the standard Apple implementation, so if it works in QuickTime Player, it should work in EboSuite. You could try to ‘request’ a resolution, but if the camera doesn’t support that output resolution, it will not be applied properly.
