hi, i have a multimedia project using ebosuite, but a big problem: i prepare the project with audiofiles, synthesizers AND 10 videoclips to play with eSession. works fine. but when i reopen the project, all the the videos are black. the adresses of the videos are correct, but the videos are BLACK! what to do? i reinstalled Ebosuite some weeks ago, same problem. PLEASE help, performance next week!!! thank you, alfred
i switched to the HAP codec, now it works. but i remember, i used mp4 before without any problems. i have no video effects, only playback. any ideas??? thank you!
HAP or MOV work on Mac. I use ProRes MOV 720p for everything. TBH I think having all your videos in same format is important. Anytime I try a mix of types, or origins, I get problems. I always use FFmpeg to convert any video to my standard ProRes. If you are using HAP maybe same will work for you.

dear jeroen, using the prores 720p video codec is ok, but… why is it NOT possible to use the h264 codec?? i use NO effects, only playback the videos, combined with some webcam and the ableton audio stuff… the project with the h264 codec work fine, but after restart the project the video is black. i think this is a simple program mistake. please, can you check that? thank you! alfred
