I’ve only recently upgraded to v2, and I’m finding the eLiveSetTool is not properly converting many of my v1.X files. Typically, the more complex of my previous applications will open - extremely slowly, if at all - and then there is audio, but no videos showing.
Any suggestions?
hi bertiebeetle59, I assume you mean “my previous projects will open” instead of “applications”? Could you send a complex EboSuite 1.x project (without media) to contact@ebosuite.com, so I can have a look and try it myself? We haven’t found any issues with the eLiveSetTool so far, so it is interesting.
