Computer crashing after loading Sensei Control Main Camera Device

Hi there! Happy to be part of the conversation. I’m not sure if anyone else has run into this issue, but I just bought Sensei & have registered the software. However, it seems that after loading the first initial device my entire computer crashes every time. Even after restarting & loading from an empty Ableton Live session.

I looked into the system requirements & it’s seems like I’m just short of the recommended VRAM to run the software.

Windows 11 Pro PC

Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13900KS (3.20 GHz)

64.0 GB RAM

NVidia GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER - 6 GB of VRAM

…I was wondering if there was a way to allocate some of my unused Memory RAM in place of the extra 2 GB of VRAM recommended so I can actually use the software? If not it looks like I’ll have to finally upgrade my Graphics Card haha.

Anyway, thanks for the help. Looking forward to using SenSei at some point!

Hi Gio, welcome to the forums!

Sorry about the vram woes.

Not sure if this will help, but in my experience Google Chrome based browsers eat away too much VRAM, so you could try to quit Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome/Brave and similar.
