Activation Issue with EboSuite and Sensei

I recently purchased EboSuite and Sensei (Invoice ID: However, after installation, attempting to open either plugin displays the error "The current clipboard does not contain a valid code. License is invalid and unable to connect to the server.”

I have already tried:

• Reinstalling the suite using the installer provided in my purchase confirmation email.

• Ensuring my internet connection is stable during activation.

Could someone please assist in resolving this issue? I’m eager to integrate these tools into my workflow.
