Ebosuite crashes and won't work

I’ve been having a problem with Ebosuite where after working on a project once it gets a couple tracks going, Ebosuite crashes, and then when it reboots, it’s an endless spinning beach ball.

If I start a new project it works fine, but Ebosuite can’t play the older projects that previously crashed. And it’s just a black screen.

I’m not sure if this is a common problem but would love a solution. `i’m on a MacBook Pro M4, OS 15.5, with Ableton 12.3.

Hi Melton, sorry to hear about your problems. This is not a common problem as far as we know. Can you send us your set and crash reports to contact@ebosuite.com, then we will have a look.

One question I already have: are your videos in h264? or hap?
