I have Ableton Live Standard 9 and I just purchased and authorized Max for Live 7 64bit. I have tried to reauthorize ableton in preferences more than once but it does not update to reflect that it is working with Max. I also attempted to add the patchers folder to Places, which contains the Max audio effects and Max instruments, and this is where I get the message “This device is not available in this version of Live.”
How do I refresh my version of live to be able to work with Max so that I can use Max plugins?
